User Account Deletion in Proberix

To delete your user account in Proberix, you must ensure that you are not associated with any active accounts. Follow the steps below to proceed with user account deletion:

1. Disassociate from Active Accounts:
   Before you can delete your user account, you must either terminate or leave all active accounts you are associated with. This is necessary to ensure that your user account is not tied to any ongoing activities within Proberix. An active account refers to any account that has active probes or an active subscription. Ensure that these accounts are either terminated or that you have left them before proceeding.

2. Deleting Your User Account:
   User Settings > Delete User: To delete your user account, navigate to the top-right menu, select User Settings, and then choose Delete User. This option will be available once you have disassociated from all active accounts.

Important Considerations

Account Continuity

If you leave an active account that still has other users associated with it (i.e., the account is not abandoned), you can proceed with deleting your user account without impacting the remaining users or terminating the account.

Finalizing User Account Deletion

Once you have disassociated from all active accounts and selected Delete User from the User Settings menu, your user account will be permanently removed from Proberix, along with all associated user data.
